Cookies
The site does not use cookies – neither its own nor third-party ones (advertising or analytics). We therefore do not display a consent banner. We do not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels or social media buttons.
Server logs
Like any web server, the server hosting Bryjow.pl automatically records basic information about requests in its logs: IP address, date and time, the address of the page visited and the browser type. This data is used solely to ensure the security and proper functioning of the site (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – legitimate interest), is not combined with other data and is deleted after the retention period applied by the hosting provider.
Monuments map
On the Monuments and map page we display a map from OpenStreetMap. Map tiles are loaded directly from the servers of the OpenStreetMap Foundation, so your browser transmits to them your IP address and the technical information needed to display the map. The processing of this data is governed by the OpenStreetMap Foundation privacy policy. The other pages of the site do not connect to external servers – fonts and scripts are stored on our own server.
Email correspondence
If you write to us at kontakt [at] bryjow [dot] pl, we process your email address and the content of your message solely in order to reply and to conduct the correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep messages for as long as is necessary to deal with the matter. If you send us photographs or memories for publication, we will publish them only with your consent and to the extent agreed.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, to have it rectified or erased, to restrict its processing, to object to its processing, and to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) (ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, uodo.gov.pl).
